Never got food

Food not hot & greasy not enjoyable at all

Was ok batter a bit soggy on fish , would be nice if it was crispier, good chips haggis was nice

Great pizzas and best potato fritters around.

Food is first class and the guys are always great. Been using Fishbook for a while and iv never been disappointed.

The food arrived an hour late and was cold. Tried to ring so many times and it was saying the number wasn’t in service. My husband had to drive to the shop and was told it had already left. He was back 15 minutes before it showed up. Horrendous, never again.

Was was late tasted absolutely rotten as If it was from day before, came over an hour late and didn't answer there phone

I havent received this but its saying its been delivered

2nd time we’ve used fish book. Still good. Will be using again.

I assume this place has new management. Quality really dropped. Ordered calzone but hardly any doner meat in it. Second time I've been let down by Fishbook recently so will not be back. A pity as was my favourite chippy.

Lovely big portion and fish and chips were perfect.

Easy to order online, quick delivery and excellent Fish and Chips...very happy with my meal...The Fish Book, must be the best chippy in Dunfermline IMHO.

Assume the shop has changed hands as the people now running have terrible customer service skills the last 3 times I have used them in shop or online. Delivery driver tonight was just ignorant. Food was ok, delivery time great but attitude stinks

Food was cold and damp scampi was barely cooked and wet I think it was all wet because the order was in a plastic carrier bag

1. When I order a meal and choose a time other than ASAP I expect my meal to arrive when I want it not half an hour before. 2. If I ask for a meal and a single, I DON'T want chips with it, free or otherwise, please stop adding free chips. Maybe I don't like chips. Seems like the customer's choices don't matter.

Regular customer. Portion sizes VERY SMALL this time. Delivery 30 minutes late. Ordered salad and dip with it but not included in delivery. Used to be a great takeaway but standards have dropped

We still haven’t received our delivery yet and it’s been 2 and half hours and their not picking up their phone and it’s been paid for and I want a full refund
